Job Description

Hiring an Operations Coordinator / Field Operations Manager to support our HVAC and Remediation divisions. This role is a key operational position focused on improving field efficiency, communication, and accountability.

What You'll Do

Review timesheets and job documentation
Coordinate between office team and field crews
Manage truck inventory, equipment readiness, and maintenance
Support employee onboarding and training
Monitor processes, accountability, and job workflow
Assist with scheduling and daily operations

What We're Looking For

Experience in construction, restoration, remediation, HVAC, or field services
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
Experience supporting crews or managing field operations
Process improvement mindset with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working with both office staff and field teams

Additional Details

Occasional local travel to job sites (rarely beyond downtown LA)
Two-step interview process (team + owner)

Compensation

$35-$40/hour, depending on experience and fit
