Job Description

Hiring an Operations Coordinator / Field Operations Manager to support our HVAC and Remediation divisions. This role is a key operational position focused on improving field efficiency, communication, and accountability.

What You'll Do

  • Review timesheets and job documentation
  • Coordinate between office team and field crews
  • Manage truck inventory, equipment readiness, and maintenance
  • Support employee onboarding and training
  • Monitor processes, accountability, and job workflow
  • Assist with scheduling and daily operations

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in construction, restoration, remediation, HVAC, or field services
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
  • Experience supporting crews or managing field operations
  • Process improvement mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with both office staff and field teams

Additional Details

  • Occasional local travel to job sites (rarely beyond downtown LA)
  • Two-step interview process (team + owner)

Compensation

  • $35-$40/hour, depending on experience and fit
